The time is reserved for you. Simply arrive five minutes early.
Backed by a veterinary hospital
FastVet is part of the Vetline group. If an examination shows that further diagnostics or a procedure are needed (CT, surgery, hospitalisation), your pet continues straight on to our hospital, which is open around the clock.

Rescheduling and cancellation
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking without giving a reason. Until the visit starts, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge and we refund the full amount.
After the 14 days
Rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, once per booking. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we refund the full amount as credit valid for 6 months.
Missed appointment
If you do not attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late and did not cancel in advance, the amount paid is not refunded.
